In my experience this product does not hold the style for long: after 30 minutes the hair starts to behave as if no gel was ever put. A large amount of product is necessary to reach a good level of strength, which feels unnatural. I prefer other products from the same brand.

The best gel I've ever had. No sticking! With every other gel I always had the problem that my hair didn't hold or the gel stuck together. I always had to use a lot of gel to make my hair hold. I no longer have this problem with the gel from Goldwell. I only need a small amount of gel and my hair stays in place. The gel doesn't stick together either. One tin lasts me about a month with daily use. I am very satisfied with the gel from Goldwell!
This is the best styling gel for long or short hair. They repackaged it and I think it is a bit stronger hold. I like it better, it holds longer and still has no flaking or weird drying effects.

I have used goldwell lagoon jam for years. I have curly hair so it helps with control and shine.
Just put a little bit in your hair, scrunch it, and it stays in place all day, without any stickiness, and without any weight. I've been using it for years.
I use this hair gel for many years and am very excited. It does not stick, gives a super hold and you can easily brush it out without leaving any residue.
I've have been using this gel FOREVER!!! Seems like they changed the formula?!?! It is just ok now. Don't get as good of a cast my 2c fine hair desperately needs. I'm not sure what I'm going to do now :(
