Remove existing nail lacquer with "OPI Expert Touch Remover"
Trim and shape nails as desired
Push back the cuticles
Optional: Apply a base coat "OPI Base Coat"
Apply two coats of your Nail Lacquer
Optional: Apply the finishing coat with the "OPI Top Coat"
